May is Mental Health Awareness month and we are honored to be joined by Jenn Carson, a writer, educator, speaker and counselor who specializes in supporting those who have suffered from traumatic events. As a trauma survivor herself, she has turned her own personal experiences into a foundation of healing, not just for herself, but those around her. While Jenn’s personal story may be extremely unique, her message is universal: There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Forgiveness and self-acceptance may take time but they are attainable and the key to not just surviving, but also thriving. This is an uplifting conversation about a difficult to navigate subject.
