Julie ’s mission in life is to inspire people to build their lives on a foundation of gratitude. This month marks the four-year anniversary of the release of her first book, 30 Days of Gratitude, The Gratitude Program That Will Change Your Life. Today she is to share how her own personal journey with gratitude led to the creation her book and also her brand, Wake Up With Gratitude™. She helps us dive deep into the benefits and power of having a gratitude practice as well as giving us tips on how you too can get started today.
